Hopefully Humorous (and sometimes R-rated) Musings About Life

Overscheduled-giving

My friend Vanessa has a husband — Drew — who prepares their entire Thanksgiving dinner. He also likes to build things and make loads of home improvements. They have a lap pool in their basement now, because he has that kind of initiative, drive, time and talent.

But if you think his pool room is fantastic, you should see his Thanksgiving dinner making plan:

OMFG. It even includes a color-coded system for the appliances he uses. And he’s making ravioli for their Thanksgiving dinner too? The only way that would happen at my house is if we busted out the appropriate kitchen appliance and sawed into a can of Chef Boyardee(R).

Inspired by Drew the Hyper-organized, I decided to make my own Thanksgiving Day schedule:

Sorta puts Drew’s schedule to shame, dontcha think?
